This page details the terms of service between Golf Predictor and you, our valued customer. We pledge to provide you with the
service as advertised.
In return, all we ask is that no one abuses our service. This is vital to ensure an acceptable level of service to all genuine users and the continued viability of the service itself.
By logging in to Golf Predictor, you are agreeing to these conditions.
General Terms and Conditions
- Golf Predictor will provide a comprehensive statistics analyser and prediction service for its members for US and European PGA tour events.
- These statistics will be updated weekly with new results and statistics. Every effort will be made to update the statistics and create predictions for the next week's event(s) by 10pm GMT the Monday after a tournament.
- Some situations are beyond Golf Predictor's control. Occasionally, tournaments finish on a Monday due to weather delays or the latest statistics are occasionally late in becoming available. In such cases, we will endeavour to update our system as soon as possible.
- Members are entitled to use the system as often as they see fit, within reasonable limits.
- Golf Predictor is in no way liable for any financial losses you may accrue while using our system. Members are provided with comprehensive statistics which they use at their own risk when gambling or for any other reason.
- Members are strictly forbidden to share their account details with any other party.
- Members are strictly forbidden from continuously registering under different usernames.
- Members pledge to use Golf Predictor in a fair and reasonable manner and not indulge in underhand or fraudulent activity of any kind.
- Any member found in breach of the preceding three rules shall be immediately barred from Golf Predictor and any account balance will be forfeited. In addition, legal proceedings may be taken, depending on the nature of the activity.
- The prediction engine results are copyrighted by Golf Predictor. Members may freely use these results for private purposes only, such as betting or fantasy golf competitions.
- Members are not allowed to use the prediction engine results for any commercial, business or public use without prior permission and/or licensing from Golf Predictor.
- Members are strictly forbidden from copying the information available on the Golf Predictor web site to any location or medium for public dissemination without prior permission and/or licensing from Golf Predictor. Any such attempt will be subject to a compensation payment of an amount agreeable to Golf Predictor.
- Members pledge not to use the statistical analysis provided by Golf Predictor to reverse engineer and/or clone the Golf Predictor web site. Any such attempt will be subject to a compensation payment of an amount agreeable to Golf Predictor.
- Golf Predictor will not be liable for members who do not wish to use their full subscription. Golf Predictor subscriptions are non-refundable under any such circumstances.
- Golf Predictor reserves the right to add additional conditions in the future to combat any unforeseen underhand or fraudulent activity.
